By using the Speedometer app (hereinafter "the App"), you agree to these terms of service.
Intended Use
The App is designed to measure the speed and distance of vehicles, boats, cycling and walking using GPS technology. The App is intended for personal use.
Disclaimer
The App provides information "as is" without any warranties. The developer is not responsible for:
- Accuracy or reliability of GPS measurements
- Correctness, completeness or currency of map, nautical chart or speed limit data
- Damages resulting from use of the App
- Traffic or waterway traffic violations resulting from use of the App
IMPORTANT: Do not use the App while driving in a way that interferes with safe driving. The driver must always follow traffic laws and focus on safe driving.
Boating and Nautical Charts
The App is not a navigation device and must not be used for navigation. The nautical chart, fairway and speed limit information shown in boating mode is indicative only: it may be incomplete, incorrect or outdated, and it does not meet the requirements of a proper nautical chart. The overspeed warning is only an aid and must not be relied upon.
When on the water, you must always use official nautical charts and comply with waterway traffic signs, actual speed limits and waterborne traffic legislation. The master of the vessel is always responsible for safe navigation.

The data providers have not participated in creating the App and are not responsible for its content.
Legality
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that use of the App is legal in their jurisdiction. Some countries or regions may have restrictions on the use of GPS devices or speedometers while driving.
Subscriptions
Premium features require a paid subscription processed by Google Play. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Google Play account.

The App and its content are protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. By continuing to use the App after an update, you accept the modified terms.
