  "body": "# Terms of Service\n\nBy using the Speedometer app (hereinafter \"the App\"), you agree to these terms of service.\n\n## Intended Use\n\nThe App is designed to measure the speed and distance of vehicles, boats, cycling and walking using GPS technology. The App is intended for personal use.\n\n## Disclaimer\n\nThe App provides information \"as is\" without any warranties. The developer is not responsible for:\n\n- Accuracy or reliability of GPS measurements\n- Correctness, completeness or currency of map<!--marine-->, nautical chart<!--/marine--> or speed limit data\n- Damages resulting from use of the App\n- Traffic or waterway traffic violations resulting from use of the App\n\n**IMPORTANT**: Do not use the App while driving in a way that interferes with safe driving. The driver must always follow traffic laws and focus on safe driving.\n\n## Boating<!--marine--> and Nautical Charts<!--/marine-->\n\n**The App is not a navigation device and must not be used for navigation.**<!--marine--> The nautical chart, fairway and speed limit information shown in boating mode is indicative only: it may be incomplete, incorrect or outdated, and it does not meet the requirements of a proper nautical chart.<!--/marine--> The overspeed warning is only an aid and must not be relied upon.\n\nWhen on the water, you must always use official nautical charts and comply with waterway traffic signs, actual speed limits and waterborne traffic legislation. Some countries or regions may have restrictions on the use of GPS devices or speedometers while driving.\n\n## Subscriptions\n\nPremium features require a paid subscription processed by {store}. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your {store} account.\n\n## Copyright\n\nThe App and its content are protected by copyright.
