All data is stored **only on your device** and is not transmitted to any server or third party.\n\n## Stored Data\n\nThe App stores the following data locally on your device:\n\n- App settings (theme, unit, display style, etc.)\n- Trip history (start/end times, distances, speeds)\n\nYou can delete all stored data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data from your device settings.\n\n## Permissions\n\nThe App requests the following permissions:\n\n- **Location (GPS)**: To measure speed and distance in real-time. **This app collects location data to enable speed tracking and navigation features even when the app is closed or not in use.** Location tracking continues while a trip is active to provide continuous speed monitoring.\n- **Foreground Service**: To maintain GPS tracking while the app runs in the background during an active trip\n- **Notifications**: To display a persistent notification showing that location tracking is active\n- **Internet**: To check for updates and fetch privacy policy/terms from the web (optional)\n\n## How Location is Used\n\nWhen you start a trip, the app:\n- Continuously tracks your location via GPS\n- Displays a persistent notification to inform you that tracking is active\n- Calculates speed, distance, and other metrics in real-time\n- Continues tracking even when you switch to another app or lock your screen\n\nYou can stop location tracking at any time by:\n- Tapping \"Stop Trip\" in the app\n- Tapping the stop action in the notification\n- Closing the app completely\n\n## Third Parties\n\nThe App does not share your data with third parties. The App does not contain ads or analytics tools.\n\n## Changes to Privacy Policy\n\nWe reserve the right to update this privacy policy.
